
Rules for exhibitors

Tables can be ordered by completing the application form via the Barbie In Holland website.

The request for the table (s) can only be guaranteed after the tables have been paid.

Cancellation of ordered tables is possible up to 1 month prior to the exhibition date. You will then receive the amount paid back. No money will be refunded if cancellation takes place within 1 month prior to the exhibition date.

Special requests regarding a certain place in the exhibition hall (corner table, on the wall, etc.) are taken into account as much as possible but cannot be guaranteed.

You must provide your table with a tablecloth, if you wish.

It is not allowed to place your own building materials alongside, in front of or behind your table.

It is not permitted to display your goods in front of or next to your table.

You must follow the fire regulations and instructions of the organization at all times.

Participants remain responsible for their own items at all times under all circumstances.

Exhibitors have access to the exhibition from 8 a.m.

The fair is open to the public at 10:00 a.m. The fair lasts until 4 p.m.

As an exhibitor, you are obliged to participate in the fair with your furnished table until 4 p.m.

Only Barbie and other Fashion Dolls are allowed. Other items will be refused.

The organization and the organization of the exhibition location are in no way liable for unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, other than previously planned by the organization. This is at the discretion of the Barbie In Holland organization and its employees. When in doubt, the organization decides.
